 Reimagined after the Alameda fire, this 14,000+ square foot mixed-use building was designed inside and out by Hillary Rufi. Constructed at a time when building costs were at their highest and supply chain and labor shortages posed real challenges, Hillary and her team managed to successfully complete eight high-end residential apartments, two commercial spaces and three food cart pods providing a much-loved, versatile space for the community to gather and enjoy.  

The historic Holly Hill House on Catalina Island underwent a comprehensive restoration and remodel. The project involved preserving the house’s unique charm while integrating modern amenities and design elements. With careful attention to detail, Ken Redding guided the transformation of this iconic property, ensuring its rich history was honored while enhancing its beauty and functionality for years to come. 

 Ken and his team expertly restored and remodeled the Nunan House in Jacksonville, Oregon, blending historical preservation with contemporary design. This project required careful craftsmanship to maintain the integrity of the home’s 19th-century character while upgrading its structure and systems. The result is a beautifully revitalized property that honors its rich heritage while offering modern comforts for today’s living.
