Reimagined after the Alameda fire, this 14,000+ square foot mixed-use building was designed inside and out by Hillary Rufi. Constructed at a time when building costs were at their highest and supply chain and labor shortages posed real challenges, Hillary and her team managed to successfully complete eight high-end residential apartments, two commercial spaces and three food cart pods providing a much-loved, versatile space for the community to gather and enjoy.
